Who we are & scope

This website is operated by BaguioSports. By accessing the site and/or purchasing, you agree to these Terms.

BaguioSports offers:

• Australia-wide Products (AUD): Gym gear, apparel, supplements (sold and shipped within Australia).
• DTF Printing Services (AUD): Custom print services available Australia-wide; main office in Perth, WA.
• ANAWL Program (PHP): Asia Natural Armwrestling League (memberships, events) administered from Cebu, PH.

Jurisdiction split

• Australia Products & DTF Services: governed by Australian law (incl. Australian Consumer Law).
• ANAWL Program: governed by Philippine law and the program’s own participation terms/waivers.

General conditions

• You must be the age of majority (or have parental consent).
• Don’t use the site for unlawful purposes or to infringe rights.
• We may refuse/limit service, correct errors, cancel orders, or change offerings at any time.

Accounts & information

• Keep your account details accurate and secure. You’re responsible for all activity under your account.

Prices, currency & taxes

• Australia Products & DTF: priced in AUD; GST applied where applicable.
• ANAWL Program: priced in PHP; local taxes/fees may apply in the Philippines.
• Prices and availability may change without notice.

Shipping & delivery

• Australia Products: fulfilment and delivery across Australia; timelines shown at checkout are estimates.
• DTF Services: production time depends on artwork approval and print queue; shipping Australia-wide.
• ANAWL Program: digital confirmations for membership/registrations; event details provided on the program pages.

Custom DTF submissions

• You are responsible for the legality of artwork/files (no IP infringement, obscene or unlawful content).
• Colour/scale variances can occur between screens and print; by ordering you accept reasonable tolerances.
• We may reject/replace files that are low quality or violate our policies.

Content & intellectual property

• Site content, product images, videos, and materials are protected by IP laws.
• ANAWL training/education content is for personal use of members; no redistribution.

Third-party services

• We rely on third-party providers (Shopify, payment gateways, couriers, streaming/video or file-delivery apps). Their terms and privacy apply in addition to ours.

Health & supplements (Australia)

• Where supplements are sold, always read labels and follow directions. Consult a healthcare professional if you have conditions or take medications. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

Events & the ANAWL Program

• Participation: subject to the ANAWL Membership & Participation Agreement, waiver, anti-doping rules, and event regulations (Cebu, Philippines).
• Player data & stats: managed under our Privacy Policy and ANAWL terms.

Prohibited uses

• As listed in our standard policy (e.g., unlawful use, IP infringement, security breaches, spam, scraping, malware).

Warranties & liability

• Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free operation.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss.
• Nothing in these Terms limits your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law for Australia Products/DTF.

Indemnity

• You agree to indemnify BaguioSports (and affiliates/partners/officials) against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site/services.

Governing law & venue

• Australia Products & DTF: laws of Western Australia, venue in WA courts.
• ANAWL Program: laws of the Philippines, venue in Cebu courts (or as set out in ANAWL documents).

Changes

• We may update these Terms at any time; continued use means you accept the changes.
