Refund Policy

Effective date: September 2025

This policy distinguishes Australia Products, DTF Printing, and the ANAWL Program.

A. Australia-wide Products (Gym Gear, Apparel, Supplements) — AUD

Return window: 15 days from delivery.

Eligibility

  • Unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
  • Non-returnable: perishable/short-dated goods, intimate/sanitary items, hazardous/flammable goods, gift cards, downloadable software, some health/personal care items.

Partial refunds may apply where items show use, are not in original condition/packaging, or are returned beyond 15 days but within 30 days at our discretion.

Process

  1. Email baguiosports@gmail.com with order number, reason, and photos (if damaged/defective).
  2. Send returns to: 1 Council Ave, Rockingham WA 6168 (do not return to the manufacturer).
  3. Once inspected, we’ll email approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (timing depends on your bank/card issuer).

Late/missing refunds

  • Check your bank/issuer; processing times vary. If still missing, contact baguiosports@gmail.com.

Sale items

  • Only regular-priced items are refundable unless required by law.

Exchanges

  • Like-for-like exchanges available for defective/damaged items. Contact us first, then send to: 1 Council Ave, Rockingham WA 6168.

Return shipping

  • You are responsible for return postage. Shipping costs are non-refundable (deducted from any refund unless required otherwise by law). Consider tracked/insured postage for items over $75.

Australian Consumer Law: Your rights under the ACL apply in addition to this policy (e.g., remedies for major/minor failures).

B. DTF Printing Services (Custom) — AUD

Because DTF items are made to your specification:

  • Change of mind: Not eligible for refund or exchange once production starts.
  • Artwork responsibility: You warrant you own/are licensed to use submitted artwork and that it doesn’t infringe third-party rights.
  • Pre-print approval: We may request confirmation (e.g., proofs). Production timelines commence after approval.
  • Colour/scale tolerances: Minor variances may occur between screen and print; these are not faults.
  • Defects or errors: We will repair, reprint, or refund at our discretion where we are at fault. Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order number.
  • Shipping damage: Report within 7 days so we can assist with carrier claims.

ACL still applies: For Australian consumers, statutory guarantees under the ACL cannot be excluded.

C. ANAWL Program (Cebu, Philippines) — PHP

  • Membership fees: Non-refundable once activated, except for duplicate payments or administrative error.
  • Event registrations: Refunds available if you cancel ≥14 days before the event (10% admin fee may apply). No refunds within 14 days, except if the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser.
  • Disqualification or breach (e.g., anti-doping, misconduct): No refunds.
  • Merchandise bought via ANAWL pages: If shipped from Australia, Section A terms apply; if fulfilled locally in the Philippines, reasonable consumer protections under Philippine law apply.

How to request (ANAWL): Email baguiosports@gmail.com with subject “ANAWL Refund”, your PHP order reference, and event/membership details.

Gifts

  • If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we can issue a gift credit once we receive your return. Otherwise, refunds go to the original purchaser.
